The TN State Alliance supports both in-person and virtual training opportunities aimed to help staff grow personally and professionally. Training opportunities include Y-USA Leadership Certification courses and other types of content that can be personalized to the needs of the Y staff.

Regional Training Events
Regional Training Events are a great way for YMCA staff to strengthen their professional development, as well as network with other staff throughout the YMCA movement. We host 4 Regional Training Events each year across the state.
